  • Sensorless Configuration: 3 thick phase power wires. Does not require Hall signal line arrays.
  • ESC Requirement: Sensorless BLDC controller with continuous current rating ≥ 40A, input range 24V – 28VDC.
  • Direction Rotation: Swap any two of the three phase wire connections to instantly reverse thrust direction.
  • Battery Cell Spec: 27.5V Lithium pack recommended with continuous discharge rate ≥ 40A to prevent full-load voltage drops.

Critical Operating Safety

  • No Dry Running: Strictly prohibited to run out of water. Motor relies entirely on water circulation for heat dissipation; dry running causes instant burnout.
  • Duty Cycle Management: Continuous full-load peak output must be restricted within 15 minutes. Allow 5 minutes cool down.
  • Depth Threshold: Factory structural housing rated for shallow commercial diving up to 50 meters. Contact sales for deeper custom depth matrix.
  • No Self-Disassembly: Sealed cylinder structure is pre-compressed. Unauthorized opening breaches water-tight integrity and voids warranty.
